Biography

Tim Field, Miriam Roland Fellow in Business Ethics, has been with Concordia University since 2000. He currently teaches in the Management Department of the John Molson School of Business, focusing on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Business Ethics for both MBA and undergraduate programs. In addition to his academic career, he has significant industry experience, which includes ten years in the Aerospace industry and five years as an entrepreneur in automotive marketing. Currently, he serves as a management consultant, providing services across various sectors including Retail, Biotechnology, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Brewing. His expertise lies in Business Consulting, Entrepreneurship, Management, and Small Business Strategy. Tim’s diverse background blends academic knowledge with practical experience, making him a valuable resource for students and professionals alike.
