Dr. Wissanee Jia Mahasap

Biography

Wissanee Jia-Mahasap is a full-time instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She teaches in the Advanced Graduate Education Program in Prosthodontics and provides patient care through the Faculty Group Practice. Her teaching philosophy is focused on helping students reach their fullest potential, and her research interests include digital dentistry, the development of novel materials, and prosthodontics. Jia-Mahasap is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Chiang Mai University in Thailand, completed advanced graduate training in prosthodontics at the University of Iowa, where she obtained a Master of Science in Oral Science and a certificate in prosthodontics. Prior to joining Harvard, she served as a full-time assistant professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Chiang Mai University.
