Biography

Alexia Tomlinson joined the Victim Rights Law Center in 2023 as a staff attorney on the Training Technical Assistance team. Prior to joining VRLC, she served as the Justice Victims Fellow at the Institute for Addressing Commercial Sexual Exploitation at Villanova University, where she provided direct legal services to survivors of sex trafficking and led training sessions to aid responses to issues surrounding the commercial sex trade. Additionally, Alexia has experience as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jeffery D. Wright at the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College.
