Magali Delmas is a Professor at the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability and the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She directs the Leadership Sustainability Certificate Program and has been recognized as a Distinguished Scholar by the Academy of Management for her contributions to understanding the intersection of business strategy and corporate sustainability. Her work encompasses over 100 articles, book chapters, and case studies focused on advancing academic research in corporate sustainability issues. Delmas is known for her efforts in developing effective information strategies that promote conservation behavior and the growth of green markets. Current research interests include investigating barriers to and incentives for the adoption of energy-efficient solutions.
