Rima Aouad, MD, is an anesthesiologist specializing in providing anesthesia procedures in traditional operating room settings. She earned her medical degree from Lebanese University in 1995 and completed her residency in anesthesiology at the American College of Beirut. Following her residency, she undertook a fellowship in anesthesiology at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she later joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in Anesthesiology in 2001. With a strong background in clinical care, Dr. Aouad is board-certified in anesthesiology and is committed to delivering high-quality anesthetic care to her patients. She continues to engage in clinical training and education, actively contributing to the teaching of medical students and residents within the Yale School of Medicine's Anesthesiology Department.
