Shagufta Mehnaz is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, obtained in 2013. Her research interests span several advanced topics in machine learning and computer security, including adversarial attacks on large language models, model inversion attacks, and secure image steganography. She has co-authored numerous publications in prestigious conferences, contributing significantly to the field of secure and trustworthy machine learning. Her work aims to enhance the security and integrity of machine learning systems while addressing emerging challenges in these areas.
