Shalini Bhargava Ray is the Jack N. Pritzker Distinguished Visiting Professor at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Her research focuses on immigration enforcement and the production and use of federal administrative guidance documents. Her scholarship has been published in prestigious journals such as the Columbia Law Review, North Carolina Law Review, and the American Journal of Law and Equality.
