Riadh Ladhari is a full professor and head of the research group at the Centre for Retail and Digital Marketing at Université Laval. He is a member of the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technology. His research focuses on search methodologies, artificial intelligence, and the societal impacts of AI. Ladhari has conducted extensive research on virtual and augmented reality, customer experiences, and sales marketing strategies. He teaches various subjects such as digital marketing strategy, web marketing, analytics for services, and quantitative methods in marketing. He has contributed to numerous academic journals and has held editorial responsibilities in several publications. His achievements include being ranked in the World's Top 2% Scientists List by Stanford University, receiving multiple research medals and teaching awards.
