Dr. A T M Bellos Grob

Biography

A.T.M. Bellos - Grob is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, specializing in Multi-Modality Medical Imaging within the Technical Medicine program. With a Ph.D. in medicine from the University of Utrecht, his research focuses primarily on urogynaecological imaging. He supervises several students working on bachelor and master thesis projects in the domain of urogynecology. Grob is engaged in outpatient clinical care for the gynecology department of ZGT since July 2020, where he applies his expertise in Medicine, Dentistry, and imaging techniques. His notable works include contributions to various peer-reviewed journals, addressing critical aspects of pelvic organ prolapse and advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques. Grob also coordinates research initiatives such as the Gynius application and the FIT-UP project aimed at improving the understanding of pelvic organ anatomy through innovative imaging methods. He is actively involved in multiple research collaborations and has presented his findings at various professional conferences, contributing to the broader field of women's health.
