Biography

Aaron J. Elmore is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Chicago. His research primarily focuses on elastic multitenant database systems and cloud computing. He completed his PhD at the University of California, Santa Barbara, under the supervision of Divy Agrawal and Amr El Abbadi, where his thesis concentrated on Elasticity Primitives for Database-as-a-Service.
