Biography

Abraham Bell is a Professor at the School of Law at the University of San Diego, where he has been part of the faculty since 2009. He holds a Doctorate in Juridical Sciences (SJD) from Harvard University obtained in 2004, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Chicago in 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the same university in 1989. Additionally, he served as an editor for the University of Chicago Law Review and received the Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, as well as being named an Alon Fellow by the Israeli Council for Higher Education in 2006. His scholarly work covers vital areas of law, with notable publications appearing in prestigious law reviews.
