Biography

Adam Craig is an infectious disease epidemiologist and global health system researcher with over 20 years of experience in health, having worked with Australian and Asian Pacific health authorities. His research focuses on the use of digital technology to support health information collection and exchange, ultimately improving health system functionality. He is currently involved in various Pacific-related projects, including the development of policy advice for Pacific leaders regarding healthy ageing, evaluating the health and social economic impacts of Australia’s changes to Kava importation laws, and promoting the prudent use of digital technology in healthcare delivery across the Pacific. Additionally, Adam serves as an epidemiology health system advisor for the Australia-Indonesia Health Security Partnership and is the research consortium lead for the Asia Pacific Observatory on Health Systems Policies.
