Dr. Adam Jasne

Biography

Adam Jasne completed residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center and his fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. His research interests include stroke epidemiology, access to quality care, and uncommon neuroimaging findings. He joined the faculty at Yale University in 2018 and treats patients with a variety of cerebrovascular disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is board certified in Neurology, with a specialization in Vascular Neurology. Dr. Jasne's published research focuses on quality care and access disparities in stroke care, as well as unusual non-stroke neuroimaging findings, including a recognized condition called CHANTER syndrome. He emphasizes the importance of establishing good relationships with patients and their families, particularly in acute and stressful situations like stroke care. Dr. Jasne aims to validate patients' concerns and ensure that medical information is communicated in an accessible and actionable manner, empowering them to take control of their health.
