Biography

Adam Meirowitz is the Damon Wells Professor of Political Science and a fellow at the Institution for Social Policy Studies. He holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Economics and is a member of the research staff at the Cowles Foundation. His research interests include voting theory, international conflict, electoral politics, corporate governance, and game theory. Meirowitz's work has been published in several prestigious journals, including the Journal of Political Economy, American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Quarterly Journal of Political Science, Journal of Financial Economics, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Games and Economic Behavior, and Journal of Economic Theory, covering a comprehensive range of theories in political science. He is also a co-author of the book 'Political Game Theory' published by Cambridge University Press. Meirowitz earned his PhD from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2002 and has previously served on the faculties of Princeton University and the University of Utah prior to joining Yale University.
