Adam Perry grew up in Canada and studied economics and law. He came to Oxford in 2006 for his Bachelor of Civil Law and subsequently completed the MPhil and DPhil degrees. He has held academic positions at the European University Institute, University of Aberdeen, and Queen Mary University of London before returning to Oxford to take his current position in 2015.
