Biography

Adam S. Radomsky is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Concordia University and a Core Member of the Centre for Clinical Research in Health (CCRH). He completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia and underwent a fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital. His research focuses on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders, with an emphasis on improving the effectiveness and acceptability of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Radomsky serves as the Director of the Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders Laboratory and is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Behavior Therapy and Experimental Psychiatry. He has received multiple awards for his contributions to clinical psychology and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Radomsky is recognized for his expertise in CBT for adults suffering from OCD and anxiety disorders, and he is actively involved in mentoring graduate students in these areas of research. His work has been supported by several federal research funding agencies and he is a certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Diplomate.
