Biography

Adam VanDeusen is an Intermittent Lecturer at the University of Michigan and a Statistician Quantitative Methodologist for the Center Clinical Management Research at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. He specializes in integrating operations research methods to evaluate health care access primarily for veteran populations. His research focuses on economic decision analysis applied to global health challenges. Prior to his current role, he was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he taught courses in business analysis and operations management. Adam holds a PhD in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, awarded in 2021, an MPH in Chronic Disease Epidemiology from Yale School of Public Health (2013), and a BSE in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan (2010). He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).
