Ahmad Varvani-Farahani is a Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University specializing in Environmental Applied Science Management. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. His research expertise includes green materials, natural fibers composite materials, and recycling processes. He focuses on techniques for air pollution purification and engineering design for environmentally friendly materials. Varvani-Farahani also investigates the biocompatibility of biosystems, materials' performance in corrosive environments, and the durability of structures under various environmental effects.
