Biography

After completing undergraduate legal studies in public law, I specialized in international relations focusing on international litigation and dispute resolution. My academic work investigates international criminal justice, bolstered by prior experiences at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in 2007 and the International Criminal Court in 2008. My doctoral thesis at Laval University (2014) analyzes the International Criminal Court, emphasizing the impacts of confidentiality and the protection of secrets on the effectiveness of justice. My current research interests center on human rights, particularly the rights of victims of crime, from national, transnational, and international perspectives, employing critical legal viewpoints.
