Biography

Dr. Tremblay originally from Montreal, Quebec, completed medical school and internal medicine residency at McGill University. He pursued a Pulmonary Critical Care fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, followed by additional training in Interventional Bronchoscopy at the Cleveland Clinic in Lille, France. He returned to Canada in 2001 to develop the new Interventional Pulmonary Medicine Centre in Calgary and enjoys snowboarding in the Canadian Rockies. His current academic focus includes lung cancer screening and the clinical applications of advanced bronchoscopic and pleural procedures. Dr. Tremblay is also leading inpatient therapeutic trials for COVID-19 during the pandemic and serves as the medical director for the Alberta Lung Cancer Screening Program.
