Biography

Alessandro Spina is a member of the Legal Service of the European Commission, specializing in EU law and health pharmaceutical law. He has been a researcher in Private Law at the University of Siena and served as an Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Milan Statale for the academic year 2011/2012.
