Biography

Alex Yu-Ting Lin is an Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia's School of Public Policy and Global Affairs. He specializes in international security and has developed a notable academic profile focusing on U.S.-China relations and Asian security dynamics. His research includes examining how smaller states affect rising powers and the revisionist strategies they employ to change the international order. His work has been recognized with the Patricia Weitsman Award from the International Studies Association (ISA) for his contributions to the field.
