S. Ali Khajehoddin received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada, in 2010. He is currently a Senior Engineering Research Chair in Energy Systems and Professor at the University of Alberta. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Editor for several IEEE publications.
