Biography

Alice C.W. Huang is an Assistant Professor, Duncanson Chair in Ethics and Technology, appointed jointly in the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Philosophy at Western University. Her research focuses on ethically significant questions in computing, social network dynamics, and understanding scientific practices through computational models. Before joining Western University, Alice was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, where she developed her expertise in Ethics and Technology as well as the dynamics of social networks.
