Alicia Pon Kwai Ling is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social Work at the National University of Singapore. With over 22 years of clinical experience, Dr. Pon's expertise spans various fields, including play therapy, grief and loss, trauma, and child and adolescent mental health.
