Professor Dr. Aline Klingenberg

Biography

Aline Klingenberg is a Professor of IT Law at the University of Groningen. She has considerable expertise in the field of transboundary legal studies and privacy law, and has contributed to various academic publications and the editorial board of Jurisprudentie Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Additionally, she serves as an honorary deputy judge at the Regional Court North Netherlands and holds a chair at the Foundation WAMS, which focuses on the intersection of art and science. Klingenberg is actively involved in the Grotius Academy as a lecturer and is a member of the Central Commission for Data Use.
