Alison Tovar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Brown University's School of Public Health. Dr. Tovar is actively involved in several funded research projects aimed at improving dietary behaviors among families, including initiatives targeting low-income and ethnically diverse populations. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to community engagement in public health.
