Biography

Alison Zhang is a dedicated and compassionate medical oncologist with particular interest in genitourinary and gastrointestinal cancers. She has five years of experience as a Consultant Medical Oncologist, predominantly treating genitourinary and lower gastrointestinal cancers. Alison possesses a strong research background and extensive experience as an investigator in clinical trials and translational research. She has completed a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and has submitted her PhD focusing on translational prostate cancer. Currently, she is working with the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre and the ANZUP Trials Group, where she has developed trial management experience for large Phase 2 and 3 trials, establishing solid research connections and collaborative networks.
