Biography

Currently working as an Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Environmental Sciences at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, Allah Ditta has extensive experience in the fields of bioremediation, heavy metals treatment using bacteria, plant nutrition focusing on phosphorus, and nanonutrition in crop plants. He has been an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the School of Biological Sciences, University of Western Australia since July 2017. His work is significant in contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and addresses issues related to agriculture, environmental sustainability, and efficient resource management. Ditta's research encompasses treatment and reuse of textile industrial wastewater and productivity improvements in legumes through innovative approaches. He is actively supervising PhD students and engaging in collaborative research projects internationally.
