Biography

Allan Sørensen currently conducts research on sustainability, international trade, firms' global economy, the effects of firm-level taxation on industry structure. He is an Associate Professor at Aarhus University within the Department of Economics and Business Economics, and also serves as a research fellow at The Research Centre for Firms and Industry Dynamics (FIND). Allan holds a PhD in Economics from Aarhus University, completed in 2006. He actively teaches in both the Economics program and the Business Administration program, and supervises theses at the bachelor, master, and PhD levels. His expertise includes international economics, trade policy, and economic policy, along with a focus on sustainability and the implications of economic integration in relation to aging labor markets.
