Biography

Allen Carlson is an Associate Professor in Cornell University’s Government Department. He was granted a PhD from Yale University’s Political Science Department and holds an undergraduate degree from Colby College. In 2005, he was chosen to participate in the National Committee’s Public Intellectuals Program. His current research project explores the issue of nontraditional security in China’s emerging relationship with the rest of the international system.
