Biography

Allie Andrukonis is an Assistant Professor and Anna Julia Cooper Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She holds a B.S. in Animal Poultry Sciences and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.S. and Ph.D. in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. Her scholarly work is committed to a welfare approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of human well-being and animal welfare.
