Alvine B. Belle is a Cameroonian-Canadian computer scientist. She holds a PhD in Software Engineering from the Université du Québec (École de Technologie Supérieure) and completed a two-year industrial postdoctoral fellowship in Software Engineering at the University of Ottawa. Her funding sources include Connected Minds, the Canada Research Excellence Fund (CFREF), Mitacs, and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). Dr. Belle actively serves on international committees, is a co-chair for ICSE 2022, and is part of the organizing committees for APSEC 2023 and ICSE 2024. As a reviewer for high-impact journals such as ACM TOSEM and IEEE Transactions, she contributes significantly to the field. In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Belle is an avid poet, having won several local and international poetry contests. She is fluent in French and speaks English as her fourth language.
