Biography

Amanda Zuehlke is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from UW-Madison in 2006 and has since been actively involved in teaching and practice within the field of social work. Her areas of expertise include generalist social work practice, child welfare, foster care and kinship care, as well as adoption and post-adoption services. Additionally, Amanda is focused on youth aging out of the foster care system, working to provide them with the necessary support and resources to transition successfully into adulthood. Her professional experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children and families in the welfare system, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to both her students and the communities she serves.
