Biography

Amar Patel is a board-certified neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders. He received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he completed his residency in Neurology and served as Chief Resident. He furthered his training with a two-year fellowship in Movement Disorders at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Patel treats a range of complex movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, tics, myoclonus, and chorea.
