Biography

Amelie Gschwinder is a Research Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bern. Amelie's teaching responsibilities encompass Proseminars in Management and Entrepreneurship, aimed at fostering student comprehension and engagement in business research and practice. Her research interests are centered on entrepreneurial well-being, behavior, decision-making, as well as performance, growth, exit, and failure in entrepreneurial firms.
