Dr. Amit Dwivedi

Biography

Amit Dwivedi works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Warwick, UK. He received his B.Tech. and M.E. degrees in Electronics Engineering in 2012 and 2015, respectively, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering while working in the Circuits and Systems Group at Imperial College London, UK. Before joining the University of Warwick, Dr. Dwivedi was a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University in Manchester, UK. His research focuses on low-power electronics, biomedical signal processing, and machine learning algorithms, particularly in the context of ultra-low-power wearable systems for long-term continuous monitoring of physiological signals and early-stage disease detection. He is currently developing wearable devices aimed at monitoring physiological signals over extended periods.
