Biography

Amitabh Chandra is the Henry Allison McCance Family Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he serves as Faculty Chair for the joint MS/MBA program in life sciences and the executive education program in the same field. His research encompasses critical aspects of the biopharmaceutical industry, focusing on innovation, pricing strategies, capital allocation, value in health care, medical malpractice, and racial disparities in health care access. Notably, he is engaged in developing new methods for treating Alzheimer’s disease and has been involved with research funded by the National Institute on Aging, among others.
