Biography

Amy Liu is an Assistant Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. She obtained her PhD in Biostatistics from McGill University, as well as an MSc in Statistics and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from McMaster University. Her research primarily focuses on statistical methods in cancer research, clinical trial design and analysis, longitudinal survival analysis, and public health. In addition to her academic role, Liu serves as a Principal Biostatistician at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre within the University Health Network, where she applies her statistical expertise to advance cancer research and improve public health outcomes.
