Biography

Amy Pardee is a Lecturer at Columbia Law School. Prior to joining Narmi, she served as Global Governance Counsel at Block, Inc. (formerly Square), where she managed regulatory strategy and corporate compliance for international subsidiaries, supporting multi-billion-dollar cross-border acquisitions. In her role as Lead International Counsel at Block, she worked closely with regulators and industry groups to shape financial, cryptocurrency, and payments law across Europe, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Earlier in her career, Amy was a corporate associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Amy holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice law in California.
