Biography

Amy Thomasson is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Western Australia Law School, teaching courses in law and society as well as family law. She has practiced family law and previously held a position as an Associate Justice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Amy's research interests center around health law and policy, with a particular focus on reproductive technology and family law, especially issues related to family violence. She is also involved in various ethics committees, advising on human research ethics in health services.
