Biography

Amy Thompson is a Clinical Professor at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and serves as the Director of Community Health Engagement. She directs Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Practices and Pharmacy Innovations Partnerships at Michigan Medicine. With a PharmD degree and completed residencies in Pharmacy Practice and Primary Care, she has a rich background in clinical practice development and ambulatory care. Her research interests include assessing the impact of community health engagement initiatives, developing innovative student learning experiences in ambulatory care settings, examining transitions in care processes, and evaluating collaborative care models in ambulatory care environments.
