Biography

Ana Bonet Miro is a Senior Lecturer in Architectural Design and Architectural Technology at the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (ESALA), University of Edinburgh. She is a chartered architect, registered in the UK and Spain, and holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh. She is currently working on a monograph titled 'Architecture, Media, Archives: Fun Palace,' which investigates the innovative 1960s radical architecture of Cedric Price and Joan Littlewood. As an educator, Ana teaches architectural design and critical theory at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and has previously held significant roles such as ESALA Exchanges Coordinator and Acting ESALA Research Director. She has co-curated a touring exhibition, Thinkbelt, and has contributed to various architectural publications and podcasts, reflecting her ongoing commitment to architectural practice and education. Her professional work was recognized with the Häuser Award in 2012 and has been published internationally.
