Biography

Ana Bove is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology and University of Gothenburg, in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has been head of the Logic Types unit within the Computing Science division since 2020. Prior to this role, Bove contributed to various management tasks including being a GENIE representative from 2020 to 2023 and a member of the Chalmers Faculty Senate from 2016 until June 2023. She has served as the Director of Studies at CSE from September 2005 to December 2019 and was the Programme Manager for the Data Science program (DV) at University of Gothenburg from 2013 to 2019. Additionally, Bove was an acting unit head for Logic Types in the spring of 2019 and served as project manager for ForMath, an EU FP7 STREP FET-open project led by Professor Thierry Coquand from March 2010 to July 2013.
