Biography

Ananth Dodabalapur is a Professor and Motorola Regents Chair in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He has published over 350 articles, with a significant portion in refereed journals, and holds more than 27 issued U.S. patents. His contributions to the field have been recognized with various accolades including the 2002 Award for Team Innovation from the American Chemical Society, and he was elected as a Fellow of the IEEE. In 2021, he was honored as a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI). His teaching interests include electronic circuits and solar energy conversion devices at the undergraduate level, as well as organic thin-film semiconductors and charge transport in organic semiconductors at the graduate level.
