Dr. Andre Levchenko

Biography

Andre Levchenko is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University. With a robust academic background, he obtained his Eng.Sc.D. and M.S. degrees from Columbia University and holds a combined B.S./M.S. from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. His primary research interests include Systems Biology, Signal Transduction, Cell-Cell Communication, Microfluidics, and Stem Cell Engineering. He has received numerous accolades, including a Computational Molecular Biology Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund and recognition as a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. Levchenko has contributed significantly to the understanding of cell signaling and decision-making processes within cellular systems, as demonstrated by his extensive publication record, which includes key papers in prestigious journals such as Science and Nature.
