Biography

Andrea R. Doyle joined the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba (Robson Hall) as an Instructor II in July 2023 and is the coordinator of the Concentration in Access to Justice in French. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Robson Hall in 2009 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2010. She is fluent in both English and French and has practiced law at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS) for thirteen years. While a student at Robson Hall, Andrea received several academic awards, including the Pitblado Scholar award for achieving the highest standing in her year of law. She served as a sessional instructor at Robson Hall starting in 2020, teaching the French section of Legal Negotiation and Remedies in the winter term of 2023. Additionally, she coached the French negotiation team that won second place at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition.
