Andrea Isoni joined the Behavioural Science Group at Warwick Business School in 2012. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of East Anglia in 2009. Before joining WBS, he worked as a Lecturer in Environmental Resource Economics at the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia. Andrea has also been a Research Fellow at the Centre for Behavioural and Experimental Social Science in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick. His research focuses on human behaviour under controlled laboratory conditions using insights from economic theory and cognitive psychology. His main research interests include individual decision-making, with a special emphasis on reference-dependent preferences in the context of risk and uncertainty. He is particularly interested in exploring how market interactions shape people's preferences and the aspects of strategic behaviour, coordination, and bargaining that influence decision-making.
