Andrea Lapointe joined Harvard Athletics in August 2013 and currently serves as the Senior Associate Director for Athletics and Recreation. Since June 2021, she has been in this role, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Athletics, where she oversaw student-athlete development focusing on recreation. Lapointe coordinated schedules for 17 athletic facilities and served as the Lead Manager for events, managing operational logistics for significant competitions. She earned her Master's in Science in Sports Management from Ithaca College in 2012 and has extensive experience with NCAA Division III events. Lapointe resides in Brighton, Massachusetts, and completed her Bachelor's in Arts in Media Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine in 2011.
