Biography

Andrea Olive is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto Mississauga, with cross-appointments in the Department of Geography. Her research interests focus on comparative environmental policy in the United States and Canada, particularly in the areas of wildlife biodiversity policy and environmental justice. Her expertise encompasses conservation policy and hydraulic fracturing in North American grasslands, alongside the role of civil society in environmentalism.
